What are therapy session packages?
Therapy session packages are an ideal way to invest in mental wellness for yourself, or a loved one, without healthcare insurance. Clients are able to purchase therapy sessions, in advance, at a discounted price. You can purchase between 2 and 24 sessions for discounted prices ranging from 10% to 30% off!
What types of therapy services are you able to use with therapy session packages?
You can use your therapy sessions for individual, couple’s, family and/or group therapy. You are not limited to using only one therapy service with our packages. Instead, you are able to combine therapy session types if desired. For example, a client who has purchased an 8-session package is able to incorporate the use of both individual therapy sessions with couple’s sessions, depending on your treatment plan.
What payment options are available to purchase therapy session packages?
Therapy session packages can be paid in full or overtime using Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, and more!
Who may purchase therapy session packages?
Therapy session packages can be purchased by anyone who is interested in receiving therapy for themselves or for a loved-one! Session Packages can be purchased for yourself or as a gift for someone else. Be sure to specify the name, date of birth, and email address of the client who will be using the sessions when you purchase any session packages.

What if I decide that my therapist and I are not a good fit and I would like to see another therapist?
Clients are able to use session packages for therapy sessions with any therapist at HeartSync Therapy. Transferring your treatment to another therapist is easy. You would simply need to call our office at (678) 370-0568 or email us at support@heartsynctherapy.com.
Am I able to get a refund for therapy session packages?
Session Packages are non-refundable. It is advised that you speak with our office or your HeartSync Therapist to decide what session package you should purchase.
Am I able to transfer unused sessions to someone else?
Yes. You would need to email support@heartsynctherapy.com with your request and sign consent for the transfer of sessions to anyone else.
Am I required to use therapy session packages if I do not have healthcare insurance to cover or assist with the cost of therapy?
No. Our therapy session packages are optional.
How do I purchase a therapy session package?
Call our office to request to purchase a package or email us at support@heartsynctherapy.com. Please indicate the session package(s) you would like to purchase and a link for purchase will be sent to you within 1 business day.
